As part of their enquiry, ‘What did Brunel do for Great Britain?’ Pear Class and 2P will be visiting the SS Great Britain

School finishes at the usual time – 3.15pm

We recognise that this is an opportunity for you to meet your child(ren)’s new class teacher and to hear about the upcoming school year, including how you can support learning. We will be in touch with more details very soon.

Please join us for virtual tea/coffee and biscuits, and have your say on how the school is run. All are welcome. We will inform you of the date once set and will send you an invite to a Zoom meeting, via ParentMail.

Although we can’t invite you in for our usual evening celebrating ‘What does community mean to me?’ we will be sharing the children’s learning virtually.

If you want your child(ren) to receive a flu vaccination please complete the consent form that will be sent out to you today.

We will be celebrating the Harvest Festival, with pupils performing and hopefully the annual collection to support the Foodbank. We will invite you to join us virtually, with more details to follow soon.

Welcome back to the new term

We will offer you the chance to make an appointment with your child’s teacher to discuss their progress, with learning shared on your child’s Class Dojo portfolio. These will either be via Zoom or telephone, depending on your preference.
